16.5 = Thoroughly Smoked! Especially when the first half is up the mountain! I ran/hiked up to a mountain ridge, one of the major ones on Oahu, today. Round trip totaled approximately 16.5 miles and 5 hours 15 minutes, including breaks... all four of them. It was an awesome hike. While I'm totally wiped out now that it's over, I loved it.
